I canceled my order and the process itself was straightforward, which I appreciated. But I’m still waiting on the refund weeks later, so that part has been a bit frustrating. Hoping it gets sorted soon.

Booking the tour was simple, and our guide was friendly, which I appreciated. I’ve done a few tours like this before, and this one definitely felt more crowded than what I’m used to. At some of the stops, it was a little hard to enjoy everything because there were so many people moving around.

We still got to see some really cool places, so I’m glad we went. I just wish they had kept the group size smaller, since we spent a fair bit of time waiting for everyone to get back on the bus

I wouldn’t book this again. The way it was worded made it sound like a more organized, guided experience, but it felt rushed once we got there. Safety wasn’t really explained in a way that made me feel comfortable, and the staff seemed more focused on moving everyone along than actually checking if people were okay. Maybe other groups had a smoother time, but for me it felt misleading, unprofessional, and kind of stressful.

The itinerary was easy to follow and helpful. I liked having everything laid out, but at the same time it felt a little too packed, like we were always hurrying to the next thing. Still, not bad at all, just wish there had been a bit more breathing room

I had a frustrating time trying to get in touch with customer service. I sent a few messages and ended up waiting much longer than I thought I would, without really knowing what was going on or when someone would get back to me.

That lack of communication made the whole experience way more stressful than it needed to be. Maybe other people have had better luck, but for me, the slow replies were really disappointing and left me feeling ignored.

The places we visited were actually really nice, but our guide was the big downside of the day. He kept rushing everyone along like some kind of sightseeing drill sergeant, barely explained anything, and acted annoyed whenever people had questions. It made the whole experience feel awkward instead of fun. the spots were worth seeing, but Captain No-Time made the tour feel disappointing.
